We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your Health Sarathi account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

From the App (Recommended)

Open Health Sarathi > More tab > Settings > Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Via Email

Send an email to connect@aisarathi.online with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Profile data - Name, email, phone, age, weight, height, health goals
Health preferences - Dietary preferences, activity level, allergies
Analysis history - All food, skin, and buffet analysis records
Diet plans - All generated diet plan history
Payment records - Credit purchase history
Session data - All login sessions and authentication tokens
Credits balance - Any remaining unused credits

Data That May Be Retained

Anonymized analytics - Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (up to 90 days)
Transaction records - Payment transaction IDs may be retained by Razorpay as required by financial regulations

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including unused credits, will be permanently lost. Please ensure you no longer need your account before requesting deletion.

Retention Period

Upon receiving your deletion request, your data will be deleted within 3 business days. If you delete your account from the app, data is removed immediately. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.
